You may exchange or return your clothing item within 5 weekdays as long as the following conditions are met:
The item must be in perfect condition with the original tags preserved.
The item must not have been washed nor worn.
It must exhibit no stains nor any other marks.
The costs of returning the item is absorbed by the costumer. This will not apply if there is a quality issue that is Bainha's responsibility. In the event there is a size exchange request (each product presents a size chart), the Client is responsible for the return shipping. If there is any concern about a certain size, please do not hesitate to contact us.
In the event of a return, Bainha de Copas will fully reimburse the customer, excluding postage, within 30 days of having received the item. The refund will be made using the method of payment used in the original purchase.
These terms apply to products that have not been made to order and/or tailor-made.
